Do you "borrow" people to star in your dream?
I do. I think about who I want to appear in my nightly adventures, and I try to make it happen. Actually, I should probably take this time to apologize to all the people I selfishly decided to borrow to cameo in my dreams.
I am sincerely sorry that I borrowed you (or your likeness) to appear and star in my dreams without your consent. But what is a girl to do when she runs out of interesting characters!?
I've always had funny dreams that take on movie-esque forms. I have certain "sets" that I revisit, certain story lines that continue throughout my nocturnal escapades. I can rewrite scripts and change my stars. I kid you not, before I pick up a dream from certain plots, I would even have a "previously on" flashback.
What do other people's dream look like? An (overly) artistic friend once told me she often dreams of random coloured lines crisscrossing each other. And sometimes, an octopus would emerge from the bottom and dance with the abstract shapes. Unfortunately, I had nothing similar that I could share with her. It's interesting how people's brains work so differently.
Interesting dream facts:
- If you have a partner, you've more than likely have dreamed of them cheating on you.
- Most common dream? Losing all your teeth! (you're supposed to reflect on your speech and try to be more eloquent) Have you had one of these?
- It's a good thing if you're running for your life in your dream. It means that you're practicing your survival skills.
